IF: "atmosphere"

This is wat I imagined when I thought about a particular method - named "The Pearls and the Swines" - to handle the personal "handicaps" (the "swines") that constantly pop up and restrict you in your daily life. The essence of the method is to move your attention to your qualities (the "pearls"), instead of focussing constantly at your problems and trying to fight them.

This idea, that wanted to be drawn very much, fitted perfectly in the IF theme "atmosphere", I thought. So...

" They stood there motionless, even quietly, you could think
(if you didn't look too well).
But the atmosphere was tense and you could feel they made something very clear:

" Yes, you found your pearls, but you can't have them.
Unless you defeat us"."

What to do with those insistent swines, then: ignore them?
Maybe to be continued...

IF: "caged"

" Are they CAGED, mum?", the little mouse wondered.
" Yes dear, people are very strange and dangerous animals", she told her son, " they lock up anything, even their own young ones."

IF: "artificial 2"

Because I had inspiration for yet another drawing about the theme " artificial", I made this one too:

" Surprisingly, the little butterflies were very fond of the artificial scent of the fabric softener her mother used when she washed her clothes."

IF: " artificial"

" The poor little mouse - no more than a baby, really - was exhausted after being chased by a huge cat. Unexperienced as mousy was, he couldn't find his way home again. At last he bumped into a fluffy, stuffed toy mouse, that seemed like an artificial mummy to him. He cuddled up against it and closed his eyes. And when his real mom found him there, he was sound asleep..."

IF: " double"

" After extensive deliberation, they decided to go living together."

IF: " breakfast"

" Breakfast? No, thanks. Rumble in my tummy. (Sigh)."

IF: "diary"

" Lori's baby brother had his own special way to read books. And now he had laid his little hands on her diary..."
